Bayous adjustable dumbbell eliminates the need for multiple dumbbells. Five sets of weights are combined into one using a unique slide system. The Bayou Dumbbell Bench has seven incline adjustments from flat to a 90 degree military position. The back support cushion was designed with a dual purpose in mind.
